Dear Alumni and Friends,
As we wrap up another month and an incredible school year, we are pleased to share some highlights and updates with our HTC community. Mazel Tov to our graduates in HTC, the Sarah Hartman Women's College of Touro and FYHS. Special mazal tov to all the boys who made siyumim at our 43rd Annual Siyum and Award Ceremony. We are so proud of your achievements!
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our departing Rebbeim and teachers: Mr. David Passman, Rabbi Ari Zucker, Rabbi Moishe Schecter and FYHS Menahel/Principal, Rabbi Dovid Kupchik. Your contributions have been invaluable, and we wish you all the best and continued hatzlacha.

The night kicked off with a Father-Son Masechtathon, where many fathers and sons joined together to learn and complete Maseches Tamid. Click here to read more | | | On Wednesday, June 19, 2024, Rabbi Oscar Z. Fasman Yeshiva High School celebrated its sixty-third commencement ceremony! Following a very special family dinner at the Yeshiva, the graduation ceremony took place in the Rothner Family Gymnasium. We want to wish the graduating class of 2024 a heartfelt mazel tov, and the very best of luck, in all their pursuits!
Click here for more pictures | | Update from Just One Chesed | | In mid-April, 60 high school boys from eight yeshivas and schools across Chicago and the Midwest gathered in HTC's Rothner Family Gymnasium for our Achdus 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament. Participating schools included Yeshiva of Minneapolis, Kesser Yonah, Ner Naftali, Fasman Yeshiva High School (FYHS), Ida Crown Jewish Academy (ICJA), New Trier, Lubavitch Mesivta, and Mesivta of Greater St. Louis (MTI). Where do you live: I live in Efrat
Tell us about your family: I am married to my amazing wife Alyssa and recently we added the most amazing bundle of joy to our family, our daughter Orly Geulah. Also, B"H, my brother Yonatan (FYHS '22) also just drafted into the IDF as well.
Profession: I am a student in מכללת הרצוג. I also learn and teach in מכון זמרת הארץ.
Where are you serving in the IDF and in which Unit: I serve in the IDF Rabbanut in their Media and רוח לחימה department.
What gives you chizuk during your army service: Travelling around to different bases and seeing the other chayalim get chizuk from our publications.
Share a few fond memories of your time at the Yeshiva: To name a few, anything with RAMZAG (ex: this is my house speech), Purim raising money for Od Yosef Chai, Rabbi Kutner's davening, and walking back Shavuot morning with the Rosh Yeshiva.
