They are /therefore/ exempt /from this mitzvah in terms/ of Torah law and are only obliged /to perform it/ because of Rabbinical law. This is also stated in the work Yeshu’os Ya’akov; see there. /The author of/ the work Sha’agas Aryeih, in Sec. 12, adopts /the opinion/ that even if we assume that /the mention of the Exodus from Egypt/ is a mitzvah according to Torah law /both/ by day and by night, women are /nevertheless/ exempt. His reason /for this/ is that the mention /of the Exodus/ by day is an independent mitzvah and if one failed to mention /the Exodus/ during the day he is not required to make this mention at night /instead/. /The fact/ that he must mention /the Exodus/ during the night is /due to/ an independent mitzvah. See there. As to the song verses, see above in Sec. 52 in the Chidushey Rabbi Akiva Eiger. It is evident from his words there that /the song verses/ were essentially ordained /to be said/ for the sake of the /Amidah/ prayer. Accordingly, it follows that they are obliged /to say them/. Regarding the morning blessings, at first glance this is dependent on whether /or not/ we decide that there is a /fixed/ time for /saying/ these blessings. See above at the end of Sec. 52 in the Mishnah Berurah and Beyur Halachah /, where this question is discussed/. /However,/ further study is required /on this point/. The unqualified wording of the Tur and the Shulchan Aruch in Sec. 46, Par. 4 and especially /the corresponding wording of/ the Levush there (see there) implies that they are /required/ to make the morning blessings, just like men. However, everything that we have written refers /only/ to /the question of whether or not there is an actual halachic/ obligation, but it is clear that they are allowed to obligate themselves /of their own accord/ and say even the blessings of Kerias Shema, as /may be seen from what is ruled/ above in Sec. 17, in the gloss to Par. 2.
