The Alshich says the exile of Egypt was 210 years the harshness of the slavery made up for its curtailed length and thats why HASHEM used a strong arm to redeem us.Had the actual prophesied time for there freedom arrived,none of that would have been needed;
Bnei Yisrael would have just walked out of Egypt on their own.(for more see page 105)
