So much news today- here goes:
- Tranquility in the home - such an important topic these days! This Sunday, the Agudah is hosting a symposium on the topic, with Rabbi Reuven Feinstein, Rabbi Yaakov Bender, and Rabbi Dovid Finkelman. Please see below for more information.
- On Monday, May 11th, we will be hosting a webinar in partnership with Roth and Co. regarding Maximizing PPP Loan Forgiveness. Please see below for more information and for how to register.
- There are, sadly, many niftarim from COVID-19 who don't have anyone to learn mishnayos l'zeicher nishmasam. The Agudah has partnered with Time4Mishna in a new program called Eis L'kol Neshamah, in which people can join and are assigned the same few mishnayos to learn each day for specific niftarim. - It's still time for Klal Yisroel to be helping Klal Yisroel. Agudas Yisroel is raising money to help people impacted by the economic downturn due to coronavirus. Many of you have already generously donated, but we still need your help. Please help generously here.
- Last night, the Cincinnati community had a virtual azkarah for the Novominsker Rebbe ZTVK"L, where they were addressed by Rabbi Chaim Dovid Zweibel, executive vice president of Agudas Yisroel. Click here to watch a recording of the event.
- The virtual Yarchei Kallah on Inyanei Brochos continued today with a shiur from Rabbi Noach Isaac Oelbaum discussing Bracha on Shemen Zayis.
- Agudath Israel of Ohio executive director, Rabbi Yitz Frank, was featured in a podcast with Jason Bedrick and Drew Catt of EdChoice. Rabbi Frank, who also serves as chair of School Choice Ohio discusses recent legislative developments about school choice in Ohio and a new poll on voter sentiment about school choice.
