The PCS division of Agudath Israel will be offering a remote Principles of Real Estate course starting July 15th. This course is geared to those who would like to go into real estate as well as for those who are just starting out in real estate. Please see below for more information on this course.

The Iyunim B'Hilchos Shabbos program continued today with a shiur from Rabbi Moshe Rotberg on Amira L'akum B'choleh, and there will be a chazarah shiur at 8:00 pm EDT. See below for the call in information.

PCS, a division of Agudath Israel, is now offering its acclaimed "Principles of Real Estate course" with 12 remote sessions, starting iy'H Wednesday, July 15th. The course is geared to those who have started out or would like to go into Real Estate.

Course topics include single-family, multi-family, management, real estate concepts, law, investment properties, foreclosures, rehab, short sales, development, financial modeling, HUD properties, and due diligence.
