The Rebbe says that the letter Pey - פ - represents the mouth (speaking), and Pey Alef - פא - is the expansion of the mouth, taking it to another level. That is why Kapitel Pey Alef tells us הרחב פיך ואמלאהו, "Open your mouth wide and I will fill it." In the previous year - Tof Shin PEY - Project Likkutei Sichos was launched and over 10,000 Chassidim, men women and children, have begun to learn Likutei Sichos on a whole new level. This year is PEY ALEF - a time to go beyond anything we have accomplished. It's incredible to see the amount of involvement in learning Likkutei Sichos, from individuals to countries and languages, that has taken place thus far. Now, especially as we go into Chodesh Kislev, it's time for HARCHEV PICHA - taking it to a whole new level.
