Trees in our neighborhood are beginning to bloom and we are still in the last days of Nisan.  If you need to find a fruit tree, there are two pear trees at the SW corner of Sacramento & Touhy that are currently in bloom and a crab apple tree at Fitch & California next to

the 7-11 lot and alley. 

There are two things that you need to be aware of in order to make this bracha:
1- That the tree you are looking at is a fruit tree.
2- That you see an open flower. 

The bracha that is said is:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה .... מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם שֶלֹא חִסַר בָעוֹלָמוֹ כְלוּם וּבָרָא בוֹ בְּרִיוֹת טוֹבוֹת וְאִילָנוֹת טוֹבוֹת לְהַנוֹת בָהֶם בְנֵי אָדָם
