Governor JB Pritzker in his State of the Budget Address proposed to cut the STC program tax credit significantly. This would be a devastating blow to a program which to date has provided many scholarships to BYHSC students and provided significant tuition relief to hundreds of families.   Agudath Israel works tirelessly on behalf of our community's interests and will be providing an important opportunity to engage with our representative in Springfield, Denyse Stoneback, in the form of a Virtual Town Hall.   It's imperative for you to please do everything possible to make yourself available and participate in the Virtual Town Hall, which will take place:   Tuesday, May 4th at 8:00PM     Everyone is STRONGLY encouraged to please participate in the Virtual Town Hall so that our legislators hear our voices   Call in information will be provided for anyone without internet availability at home.   Every attendee is extremely important.   Please click on the image below to register:
