Yerushalmi Siyum Berachos With Rabbi Shalom Rosner   It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the inaugural All Daf Yerushalmi Siyum. The Siyum on Yerushalmi Maseches Brachos will take place iy'H on Tuesday, February 14th in Woodmere 6:45-8:45 PM. We will be graced with the presence of Rabbi Shalom Rosner who will deliver the final Daf (94) in Yerushalmi Maseches Berachos.
