Subject: A Personal Appeal

Early this morning I received a call and an email from Chaim Beckerman from the Tzechnov Institutions in Israel. They are housing children from Sderot and Ofakim, including families with small children under the age of 3 who were evacuated from that war zone. Upon request of the welfare department in Israel they are including these children in their current year-round daycare center approved and licensed by the childcare authorities.

Accepting these babies and young children is significant relief for the parents and their children. To accommodate them, they are recruiting more staff members, nannies, social workers, and additional kitchen and cleaning staff.

During my visit to Israel in August, I had the opportunity to tour their facilities dedicated to serving over 2000 children. I was truly impressed by the exceptional quality of these facilities.

I would like to wire them $18,000 or more to support them with food and clothing. Every dollar counts. You can donate on our site and every dollar towards this goal will be wired to them.
