As the state of Israel and the entire Global, Jewish community is buckled at the knees, the dedicated team of volunteers at Vesamachta is in overdrive.  Vesamachta operates out of the Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon, and the trauma is nonstop.  Critical lifesaving transport and medical supplies, food, shelter, and provisions for the soldiers and wounded civilians.  There are countless civilians in desperate need of expensive medication, many without the means necessary to pay for them.
