Magen Chicago Threat Level Raised

This morning we recieved notice about a serious threat to a local synagogue. The Skokie Police Department has been notified and together with a joint task force of law enforcement officals they have identified and are speaking with all persons of interest. We are actively coordinating with other synagogues and Jewish institutions to ensure everyone's safety. Our security team and the police department are collaborating to provide increased patrols and surveillance at this time. Out of abundance of caution, we ask that you refrain from entering the building until further notice. We will be in touch shortly with updates.
