Tes (the ninth of) Kislev is both the birthday and the yahrzeit of the second Rebbe of Chabad-Lubavitch, Rabbi DovBer, known as the "Mitteler Rebbe."
Rabbi DovBer expanded the teachings of Chasidism in an unprecedented manner, revealing layer upon layer of Chasidic and mystical concepts hitherto concealed.
Today is Tes Kislev. Let us harness the awesome spiritual power of this day to bring strength and salvation to our brothers and sisters in the holy land and all around the world.
Please take a moment and dedicate an essential text by Rabbi DovBer on the power of prayer.
