Dear All Torah Friends,

As we celebrate Hoshana Rabba and prepare to greet Shemini Atzeres and Simchas Torah, we approach the culmination of an incredible season of dveikus—deep connection and closeness to Hashem. Leaving the Sukkah, we are reminded of the temporary nature of our lives in this world, inspiring us to live closer to Hashem.

Here's an inspiring message, based on the Sifsei Chaim (Moadim 3, pg. 347):

Shemini Atzeres is a uniquely special day. Chazal (Midrash Shir HaShirim 1:32) teach about its tremendous opportunity for *yeshua* (salvation). The Zohar (Tzav) describes it as a time of profound *simcha*—Hashem and Klal Yisrael alone, together in intimate closeness. When you are alone with the King, whatever you ask for is granted.

In this private moment with the King, we don't ask for trivial things. Instead, we yearn for the deepest connection to Hashem. These requests, made with sincerity, are always fulfilled.

R' Yisrael Salanter guarantees: A heartfelt tefillah for ruchniyus (spiritual growth) is always accepted. These tefillos express our aspiration to grow closer to Hashem, fulfilling the pasuk we recite three times a day: "Karov Hashem lechol korav, lechol asher yikrauhu be'Emes"—Hashem is close to all who call upon Him in truth.

Shemini Atzeres is our chance to sit alone with the King and request Emes—true connection and the ultimate bond with Hashem.

We at All Torah are deeply grateful for the opportunity to provide you with daily Toras Emes—true Torah, the ultimate vehicle for spiritual connection. We wish you a year filled with continued growth and closeness to Hashem through Torah study.

Whether it's 5 minutes a day with Mishnah Yomi, 8 minutes a day with Kitzur Yomi (starting this Shabbos and available on All Halacha), Aliyah Yomi, 15 minutes with Mishnah Berurah, Quick Yerushalmi, Quick Daf, 30 minutes for Amud Yomi and Oraysa, 45 minutes for Daf Yomi and so much more, there's a daily learning option for everyone.

Wishing you a peaceful and beautiful Yom Tov and successful winter ahead,

Moshe Schwed and the All Torah Team
