Q:An organization makes a lottery for 1 thousand dollars and draws a winner after the lottery they realize a ticket is missing the winner tells the guy whose ticket was not put in the hat I will split the money with you I will take 75 thousand dollars and you take 25 thousand and he agrees is this halachicaly ok
