Tefillos are requested for the Bostoner Rebbe Shlita, Levi Yitzchak ben Sarah Sasha, who is now in critical condition in an intensive care unit in Shaare Zedek Medical Center. It appears the Rebbe, Shlita, was in cardiac arrest earlier Monday
