A: Rabbi Sacks brings Rav Soloveitchik quotes his grandfather Rav Chaim who says their are 4 differences between sippur and zechira 1.zechira is every night of the year sippur is only the seder night 2. zehira needs a little recollection of the Exodus while sippur needs detailed elaboration on the miracles of the Exodus 3.zechira is a mitzva just for you while sippur you must tell over to your son 4.zechira is part of shema but sippur is 1 of the 613 commandments Rav Soloveitchick added a 5th difference zechira requires recollection of the events of the Exodus sippur demands praise anmd thanksgiving to Hashem for effecting the Exodus
