He has to sit for another 3 years.
The askanim are desperately trying to transfer him to Eretz Yisroel.
Efforts to transfer him can not even begin before A FINE OF $50,000.00 IS PAID AND THIS MUST BE PAID WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
The alternative of serving time in a Japanese jail , chas v'shalom, is too horrendous to even consider
NO PERSON CAN COME OUT NORMAL.
