[chicago-aneinu] Daven that a Jew should have proper burial

someone in America who passed away 4 days ago, he's Jewish but he & family are not religious, he requested being creamated (Hashem yerachem), and meanwhile the family is keeping his body in the morque for a year til there's a big family gathering next February, where they can fulfill his wish of having his ashes strewn across the bay he loved to go boating in. This person was a very kind, nice generous man - they are like tinokos shenishochu & don't know what they're doing. Please huge tefilos the family can be convinced to do a proper Jewish burial speedily, and that legally they could do it since the deceased had his wishes written in his will!
