Nachum Welcomes Akiva Abramowitz, Diaspora Winner of the International Bible Contest to JM in the AM

Nachum and Meir Weingarten discuss the amazing victory and all the contest proceedings with Akiva. Mazal Tov Akiva Abramowitz! Nachum Segal hosted Meir Weingarten and Akiva live at JM in the AM this morning to discuss the Chidon Ha'Tanach, Israel's International Bible Contest that takes place every year on Yom Ha'Atzmaut, and how Akiva became the Diaspora Champion of the competition. They discussed the immense amount of information that the contestants have to learn in order to simply compete, let alone win. It is a very proud time for the Yeshiva of Flatbush, as well as, the greater New York area as Akiva represented his school and home town with hard work and dignity. Click the link to listen.
