Nachum and the OU’s Rabbi Moshe Elefant Discuss the Biggest Daf Yomi Shiur on the Planet
Continuing his focus on the daf yomi this morning, Nachum welcomed Rabbi Moshe Elefant, COO of the Orthodox Union’s (OU) Kashruth Department to JM in the AM to discuss his role in this exciting approach to learning gemara (The Talmud). Rabbi Elefant gives the biggest daf yomi shiur on the planet; learning the daf most days with 18-hundred students watching on OUdaf.org. Those participating in daf yomi begin masechta Pesachim this Shabbos, so it’s a perfect time to join the tens of thousands who study the daf each day. Nachum and the Rabbi discussed favorite tractates, and the benefits of getting involved in this daily learning group.
