YWN Lakewood: Meshulach Critically Injured after Being Struck by Vehicle on Madison Ave

A Meshulach was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle while crossing Madison Avenue late Thursday evening, TLS reports. At about 11:15 PM, the man was crossing Madison Avenue at the intersection of 6th Street, when he was struck by a vehicle heading South on the State highway. He suffered severe head trauma, and was transported to the Jersey Shore Medical Center by Hatzolah Paramedics. Sources say the victim suffered a fractured skull, and severe internal injuries.
