BAIS HAVAAD ON THE PARSHA 5774 Parshas Ki Sisa - Purim Katan

As this year is a leap year, Purim Katan and Shushan Purim Katan are celebrated this Friday and Shabbos respectively. The Orach Chaim section of the Shulchan Aruch ends with a discussion on whether or not there is a mitzvah to eat a meal in celebration of Purim Katan. The conclusion of the issue: one that has a good heart will always be festive!
