Thank you to the many, many women who heeded the call and came to our Zisa Zimmerman Aneinu Tehillim Kinus this morning!
B"H we had a phenomenal turnout! We completed approximately 22 boxes of Tehillim booklets! I'm sure the heavens were shaking!
Thank you to Rabbi Cohen and Adas Yeshurun for graciously hosting our event.
Thank you to our sponsors for making today's event possible.
Thank you to Ita Miriam Zehnwirth who did a beautiful job as emcee, and for inspiring us with her heartfelt chizuk.
Thank you to Rabbi Fishel Zimmerman for his beautiful words about his sister, our Chicago Aneinu namesake, Zisa Zimmerman a"h. She was an amazing role model for all of us.
Thank you to our guest speaker, Rabbi Zvi Zimmerman who kept us spellbound with his stirring description of Dovid Hamelech's life and relationship with HKB"H. We came away with a deeper understanding of Hashem's deep love for us and how even when things seem so bleak and we are waiting so long for the rebuilding of the Bais Hamikdash, we should accept everything with pure love because Hashem is our father and knows what's best for us. That is how Dovid Hamelech lived his whole life.
Thank you to Malky, Sari, and Shani Zinnes and Miriam Romanoff for handing out the booklets and organizing them after the kinus. They kept everything running smoothly. They did a terrific job!
Thank you to Hedy Wechsler and Hoda Stolberg for their help with getting out the flyers to the camps and Shabbos groups.
