In celebration of the completion of the Noé Edition Koren Talmud Bavli, an event was hosted at Finchley United Synagogue in London in honor of Leo and Sue Noé for more than 350 people.  The audience was addressed by the Rosh Beit Din of London, Dayan Ivan Binstock, Rebbetzin Lauren Levin, and Rabbi Jonathan Sacks.  The speakers discussed the impact that the Talmud has had on Jewish life, studying passages from the Noé Edition Koren Talmud Bavli with the audience and highlighted how the latest edition of the Talmud has, and is set to continue to, revolutionize the way Talmud is studied around the world.

"Sue and I feel an enormous sense of honor and pride to have completed the latest publication of the Shas, the Koren Talmud Bavli, bringing its lessons, teachings, debates, and wonders accessible to all," said Leo Noé.

Koren Publisher Matthew Miller gave tribute to the Noé's and the professional teams involved in the project by saying, "The landmark completion of the Noe Edition of the Koren Talmud Bavli is a testament to the tremendous work of both the teams at Koren and the Steinsaltz Center and we were delighted to have the opportunity to show our appreciation for the support of Leo and Sue Noé for this project at this wonderful evening."
