IMPORTANT MESSAGE
The Rebbe

Dear Herschel,

This coming Thursday, Tammuz 3, 5780 (June 25, 2020) marks the 26th Yahrtzeit of

The Lubavitcher Rebbe,
Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson.

The Yahrtzeit of a Tzaddik is a time for personal reflection, and an opportunity to bond with the Tzaddik's soul so that it will intercede on our behalf in Heaven.

On The Rebbe's Yahrtzeit, or on the immediate days preceding or following the Yahrtzeit it is customary to visit the Ohel (The Rebbe's resting place) with our personal prayers and requests for blessings in our lives.

This year is different. COVID-19 makes a public gathering on such a scale impossible. But we will be there on your behalf. It is our privilege to serve as your personal proxy, bringing your prayers to The Rebbe at this auspicious hour.

Please send us your name and your mother's name (preferably the Hebrew or Yiddish names if you know them), and those of anyone else you would like us to have in mind.

If you have a particular concern, please let us know so that we can act as your personal emissary.

It is best to respond immediately as the Yahrtzeit is approaching rapidly.

May all our prayers be answered.

Please click here to send your request

P.S. In 1988, after the passing of his wife, Rebbitzin Chaya Mussia, The Rebbe repeatedly referred to the Biblical phrase, "And the living should take it to heart" (Koheles 7:2). Now is the time for all those whose lives were touched by The Rebbe to take his message to heart, apply it in their daily lives, and share it with family and friends.
