Dear Aneinu Members,
I hope that you are all having a joyful and meaningful Succos! In between the cooking, serving, and cleaning I hope you are able to find time to focus on the meaning of this beautiful yom tov. As you walk into the sukkah try to feel Hashem's presence enveloping you. Just as the Clouds of Glory surrounded the Jewish people in the desert, Hashem is with us in our holy sukkahs enveloping us with His love. As it says in the Ushpizin tefilla, "... that you spread over us the succah of your peace." As it continues, "...Surround us with the aura of your honor, holy and pure, spread over our heads from above like an eagle arousing its brood...". As the world around us continues its descent into corruption, decadence, and depravity, we escape into a world of holiness, purity, and joy as we enter a different dimension within the holy walls of our sukkahs. Imy"h may it be soon that the whole world will be transformed as we experience the revelation of Hashem's glory with the coming of Mashiach and the geulah shlema.
Please remember to say your Tehillim on Shabbos. You may check the Shabbos Tehillim spreadsheet if you are unsure which kappitlach you signed up for.
