Rabbi Zecharia Resnik, visiting All Daf maggid shiur from Eretz Yisroel, spoke about the connection between ending Rosh Hashanah and beginning Taanis. The love R' Zecharia has for his talmidim, and they towards him, was apparent, as talmidim, some of whom have been listening to him since the beginning of this Daf Yomi cycle, lined up to meet R' Zecharia and connect. Participants traveled in from Monroe, Baltimore, Monsey, Staten Island, Edison, and many more locations to meet and greet their rebbe. All in all, a tremendous event that filled all who attended with inspiration and enthusiasm for the upcoming mesechtos.
