| | Chicago Community Hespedim for Rav Shmuel Yehuda Levin zt"l | | On Monday night nearly a thousand people attended the asifas hesped for Harav Shmuel Yehuda Halevi Levin zt"l. Addressing the crowd were Rav Elya Brudny, Rosh Yeshiva, Mirrer Yeshiva, Rav Shmuel Dishon, Menahel of Yeshivas Karlin-Stolin, Rav Yisroel Menachem Levin, Rav of Kehilas Bais Tefilah of Detroit, Rav Yaakov Robinson, Menahel of the Midwest Agudas Yisroel Council of Synagogue Rabbonim.

| | Mid-Atlantic Halacha Conference | | Agudath Israel of Maryland is proud to announce the inaugural Mid-Atlantic Business Halacha Conference. The conference, on August 2, will feature local and national rabbonim and experts on the matters most relevant to the frum person in today's business world. Session topics will include yichud and gender practices, employer/employee relations, how to lend, how to borrow, giving online reviews, employee and customer poaching, 24/7 business on Shabbos, and much more.
| | How to Vote with an Absentee Ballot in New York's August Primaries | | Click here or image above to watch | | This year, due to a court order, for the first time there will be primaries in August for Congressional and State Senate seats across New York State. The primary will be held on Tuesday, August 23rd. As primaries have never been held in August before, there will most likely be a very light turnout so every vote really counts. It is most important that you find the time and vote in these primaries.
