Lawsuit Filed in California to Protect Jewish Students With Disabilities

Three sets of Los Angeles-based parents of students with special needs, as well as two Los Angeles Jewish schools, are suing the California Department of Education and the L.A. Unified School District over being excluded from special-education funding. The Orthodox Union is supporting this effort to protect religious parents, their children and religious schools' right to access special-education funding in the state of California.
