CMC reminds the community that at 1:00pm this Sunday 2/16, Rabbi Aron Wolf will be presenting a lecture at Chicago Mitzvah Campaign, on the topic: "The Torah's View of Treating Critically Ill and Hospice Patients."
This important lecture aims to raise awareness in the community regarding how essential it is for Jewish patients and their families to maintain continuous close consultation with a Posek during times of critical illness. Rabbi Wolf will draw on his decades of experience as a patient advocate and POA for health to discuss a number of halachic issues and topics of which it is essential for critically ill Jewish patients and their family members to be aware.
Prepared in consultation with local Rabbonim and medical professionals, this lecture conveys information that is extremely important for every member of the community.
