Today – Thursday, June 19, is exactly the 23rd of Sivan —
the day King Ahasuerus accepted Esther's request, allowing all Jews to defend themselves against their enemies.
This marked the beginning of the miraculous turnaround of Purim.
And on this very same day, in our generation, we once again see Heaven miraculously blessing the nation of Israel.
That is why we call upon every Jew, everywhere in the world, to unite in a cry of gratitude:
