Mrs. Michal Horowitz

You are part of a growing community of women joining together monthly on Rosh Chodesh for inspiration and connection. This month begins a period of introspection and self-growth referred to as the Yemei Ratzon. By providing forty days to prepare ourselves for the judgment, Hashem in His kindness demonstrates that change takes time and efforts. Instant change is not realistic or to be expected.

To support an environment of self-growth, the OU Women's Initiative is pleased to launch this year's Yemei Ratzon Initiative- a three-part program focusing on the three aspects of change, Teshuva -repentance, Tefillah - prayer and Tzedakah - charity alongside our Rosh Chodesh and Leil Selichot programs. In the merit of investing in our spiritual growth, may we be granted a year of health, happiness and prosperity. You can sign up for the initiative here.

Our virtual Rosh Chodesh Elul shiur with Mrs. Michal Horowitz will take place Sunday August 8 at 12 noon EDT LIVE on zoom (link below). The program will be available afterward at OU.org/women/yr2021 and
ou.org/women/video.

This program is dedicated with gratitude and appreciation to all of the inspiring and learned women who dedicate themselves to educating women around the world and strengthening our relationship to Torah & Hashem.
