Tu Bishvat Spread the love. Plant a tree.

Spread the love. Plant trees.

Planting trees in Israel is a beautiful way to show you care for the Earth. Moreover, it connects us to the land of Israel and plants roots of hope and optimism in its future. Today is Tu BiShvat, the New Year for Trees, and there is no better day to celebrate than by planting trees in Israel.

Plant Trees Today...
To celebrate the earth
For the important people in your life
As a memorial to someone who passed away
In honor of a health care provider
This year, Tu BiShvat falls on the same day as Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and we are once again reminded of how intertwined Dr. King's values were with our Jewish values, and by extension, JNF-USA's: The responsibility of making the world a better place. The importance of believing in something greater than yourself. The significance of making the wonders of the world more accessible to all.
It's Tu BiShvat. Spread the love. Plant trees.

P.S. Don't forget to share your love of tree planting, Israel, and Tu BiShvat on social media to spread the love even farther!
