Q:Do you make a bracha on medication
A:Sefer Pisei Halacha brings Rav Shilomo Zalman Aurbach says if the medication has a little sweet taste is not considered eating so dont make a beracha on it but children medication that is sweet make a bracha on it Rav Elyashiv and Rav Chaim Kinevski if you benefit from the medication make a bracha on it(for more see footnote 24 in Mishna Berurah Dirshu chelek 2)
