Torah Projects Labor Day Event
This past Monday, September 7th, Agudath Israel's Torah Projects Commission partnered with Hakhel and Torah Anytime to host a Pre-Rosh Hashanah Labor Day learning event.

The event focused on welcoming the Yamim Noraim by invigorating the participants with shiurim and divrei chizuk. Hundreds participated in-person and via livestream, strengthening themselves with presentations by renowned Talmidei Chachamim and Merbitzei Torah.

The program began with Rabbi Yisroel Reisman, Rav, Agudath Israel of Madison, followed by Rabbi Elya Brudny, Rosh Yeshiva, Mir Brooklyn and chaver Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah. The program continued with Rabbi Reuven Feinstein, Rosh Yeshiva, Yeshiva of Staten Island, and Rabbi Moshe Tuvia Lieff, Rav, Agudas Yisroel Beis Binyamin.

The National Director of the Daf Yomi Commission, Rabbi Eliyahu Simcha Bamberger, described the event as a "meaningful preparation for the Yamim Noraim," saying, "The event was received with enthusiasm by all the participants who joined together to ready themselves and their families for the upcoming Yemei Ratzon."

The program ended with a fascinating shiur on the intricate laws of eruvin by Rabbi Shlomo Francis, author of The Laws of an Eruv. A recording of this shiur can be accessed here.

Agudas Yisroel is grateful to Hakhel and Torah Anytime for partnering together on this event, making it available for all who wished to participate. Due to their efforts, hundreds of viewers across the world gained inspiration going toward 5781, haba aleinu v'al Kol Yisrael l'tovah.
