BRI WEEKLY UPDATES
Uman Rosh Hashanah is approaching, along with the fears and worries that need no elaboration.

Our simple suggestion: Don't listen to or read the news over the next two weeks. Just pray and pray.

Attached is a collection of Reb Noson's prayers for meriting to be by the True Tzaddik for Rosh Hashanah.

This year, there will once again be special Kollel Uman shiurim (classes) from the finest rabbis and teachers of Breslov today. The purpose is to gain wisdom, to understand, and to truly feel why we come to Uman.

We would be delighted to receive sponsorship for the various shiurim via the following link.

Thank you very much!

BRI PARSHAH TIDBITS
"And it shall be, when you come into the land..."

The parasha begins with the bringing of the first fruits (bikkurim), and the Torah concludes this section with the words "and you shall rejoice in all the good."

The true source of joy for the Jewish people lies in the holiness of the Land of Israel. We always pray during the holiday Musaf, "and bring us up joyfully to our land." Today, we clearly see how Jews from all corners of the earth are ascending to Israel, leaving behind spacious homes and stable jobs, yet they come here with joy.

When we truly rejoice in the great merit we have to live in this land, it will naturally lead to the nations of the world accepting us in the same way. However, if we approach it reluctantly, as if we have no choice, like we sometimes see today, then the nations will oppose us as well.

Therefore, we must pray and cry out to Hashem for the restoration of sovereignty within the Jewish people, and that we should merit the complete and true redemption and the reign of the House of David. Amen.

May Hashem help us in this battle.

Shabbat Shalom!

Chaim Kramer
