Dear Alumni and Friends,
With the chagim behind us, we continue to daven for acheinu in Eretz Yisrael during these challenging times. The Yeshiva held special October 7th programming at HTC, Sarah Hartman Women's College and FYHS to remember, daven and show hakaras hatov to the chayalim protecting Klal Yisrael.
Throughout the Yamim Noraim and Sukkos, our students filled our Batei Midrash and classrooms with tefillah and limud HaTorah, infusing our campus with energy and extra kavana. We daven that these efforts serve as a zechus for all of Klal Yisrael.
This past Motzai Shabbos, our young alumni had the opportunity to kick off the HTC102 campaign with our new event "Under the Lights," alumni flag football competition. It was an incredible night filled with camaraderie and healthy competition.
Mark your calendars for our next upcoming alumnu event "The Tisch" on Wednesday, November 20th featuring Mendy Worch and L'Chaim OG! Details below.

Hashem commands Noach to build an ark, then tells him "and this is how you should make it." After that introductory pasuk, Hashem gives Noach detailed instructions regarding the materials and dimensions of the ark. Then, in Pesukim 18-22, Hashem tells Noach to bring to the ark two of every species of every animal, bird, reptile, insect, etc., and seven of each animal that was "tahor"..... | | | The Message of Mussar By Rabbi Yirmiyahu Neuman
Rav Elchonon Wasserman HY'D questions the wording of the verse. Hashem tells Noach to take food. Why does the Torah then add "that is eaten"? Is that not obvious? What else is to be done with food? Furthermore, why does the Torah reiterate "that it shall be…. for you and them"? These words seem redundant.... | | | Kayitz 2025 Registration is Open! | | Our Alumni Serving in Israel | | Please have our alumni in your tefillos.
