Please be aware that as per the ou guidelines,  all OUD products must be looked into regarding their status of true Dairy or DE. This presents a problem for those makpid on Chalav Yisrael as well as for someone who is fleishiks. Over the years I would call them regarding OUD products that said "does not contain milk" and they told me it was Dairy due to chemicals that are not legally obligated to be listed because they're not allergy sensitive but they ARE kashrus sensitive. I've been told expressly by the OU  you can not judge by just reading the ingredients if a product is Dairy or parve! They said each product must be asked about on an individual basis. Please, either check on their website www.oukosher.org or call them at 212-563-4000.
