Addendum 

Mendel ben Rochel, has advanced liver disease and is in need of a liver transplant.  He is 51 yrs old, father of 4 children, living in the Chicago area.  He needs a liver donor who has blood type O.  This is an extraordinary lifesaving mitzvah opportunity. Anyone who would consider being a donor or knows of any other potential donor can contact Mendel at 847-736-0763.  It is understood that the first step is to explore and understand what is involved in becoming a donor…exploring the possibility involves no assumption of commitment.  The first step would be to fill out an online questionnaire.  This could then lead to being contacted by Northwestern to set up an appointment with Northwestern to learn about all that is involved in becoming a donor, then depending on the potential donor's desire and his suitability to become a donor, additional testing would be done at that same appointment to determine donor suitability.
