OU Kosher

Reese's Pieces are now pareve, with no dairy and no dairy equipment used in production. While the packaging is still labeled OU-D for now, consumers can identify the reformulated product as it will not include milk in the ingredient panel or the allergen statement. In a conversation with The Forward, OU Kosher COO Rabbi Moshe Elefant explained that once the dairy ingredients were removed from the product, moving to pareve status "became a great possibility."

As Pesach approaches, many families in our community are struggling to afford even the basics for yom tov. Last year, we were able to provide critical support to help families receive matzah, wine, and other holiday essentials. This year, the need is even greater. Together, we can ensure that families celebrate Pesach with dignity, simcha, and hope.

To Perpetuate Faith, There Is No Place Like Home

This is the final piece that we will be publishing from Rabbi Moshe Hauer, zt"l. The divrei Torah shared over the past months were drawn mostly from pieces that were previously unpublished. This final dvar Torah is one that captures ideas that were near and dear to Rabbi Hauer, zt"l – the central role that family plays in the development of faith.
