**[Aneinu Community Alert]**

**[Aneinu Community Alert]** ## URGENT: Help Bring 14-Year-Old Esther Home **Our community urgently needs your help.** It has been over a week since 14-year-old Esther (affectionately known as "Esti") went missing from the Toronto area. The Toronto Police have escalated this to a **Level 1 search**, their highest priority operational level, deploying marine, canine, and mounted units alongside hundreds of dedicated community volunteers from organizations like Shomrim, Misaskim, and Chaverim. We are asking everyone in the Chicago Aneinu network and beyond to read, share, and remain vigilant. ### Key Information & Description Esther is on the autism spectrum. While her family describes her as highly intelligent and social, they are deeply concerned for her safety as she is vulnerable and may be too trusting of strangers. * **Hebrew Name for Tehillim:** Esther Hodaya bas Shira Miriam * **Physical Description:** 5’2” tall, medium build, with brown hair. * **Last Seen Wearing:** A turquoise long-sleeved sweater with words on the front, grey sweatpants, and no shoes. (Note: Initial reports mentioned a green shirt). * **Last Known Location:** She was last seen just after midnight on May 16, near Bathurst Street and Hotspur Road (south of Highway 401), after previously being in the Earl Bales Park area in North York. ### How You Can Help Right Now **1. Check Your Cameras** If you have family, friends, or networks in or around the Earl Bales Park, Bathurst Street, and Sheppard Avenue West areas of Toronto, please urge them to check their property. They should look through backyards, sheds, garages, and any outdoor areas where someone might seek shelter. Review all doorbell cameras, security footage, and dashcams from the night of May 15th and the early hours of May 16th. **2. Share This Information** The most effective way to assist right now is by keeping Esti's face and information in the public eye. Share this post, forward the official flyers on WhatsApp, and post on your social media networks. **3. Report Any Information** Her family is offering a **$25,000 reward** for information leading to her safe return. Please keep hotline lines open for credible sightings and verified information only. * **Toronto Police Dedicated Tip Line:** 647-355-4148 * **Emergency:** 911 * **Shomrim Toronto:** 647-557-6735 ### A Call for Continued Prayers Volunteers across the globe, from local Toronto search parties to Chaverim crews dispatched from Rockland, are working tirelessly to bring Esti home. As the physical search continues, the family asks that our community please continue davening and reciting Tehillim for **Esther Hodaya bas Shira Miriam**. Please stay vigilant, leverage your networks, and help us bring Esti home safely. 1) For the musician, with musical accompaniment on the sheminis instrument, a mizmor by David.
