ALL DAF

Dear All Daf User,

As Maseches Eiruvin approaches, we are excited to share with you the all-new Bringing Eruvin to Life series, loaded with new supplemental resources to make this masechta as accessible and practical as possible:
Click here to see the 30-second trailer.

A virtual Siyum on Maseches Shabbos will take place on August 9 at 10:00 AM. All Daf is privileged to have the Siyum given by Rabbi Moshe Elefant, divrei brocha from Rabbi Moshe Hauer, and a Shiur Pesicha on Maseches Eiruvin by Rabbi Hershel Schachter. Click here to register

We invite you to watch this two-minute video by Rabbi Mordechai Raizman, Executive Director of Associated Talmud Torahs (ATT) Chicago, discussing a lesson we learn from this week's dafim to share at the Shabbos table.

Are you interested in sponsoring a Daf Yomi shiur, a series, or to make a general donation regarding a loved one? All Daf has various donation options and your support will help in our upcoming projects for the Daf Yomi community. Click here to view donation options.

Take care and have a wonderful Shabbos,

KASHRUTH ALERT HEADER

July 31, 2020

  • A small amount of gummie bears packages under the DZA Brands bear an unauthorized cRc logo. The product is not Kosher. Corrective action has been taken.

  • The OU does not certify McCormick Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme Seasoning. Some labels on the 3.4 ounce bottles bear an unauthorized OU symbol.

  • Due to a production issue, Izzio's Sourdough bread (24 oz. or 8-slice packages) with lot codes 20196 or 20197 while kosher under the Scroll-K are not Pas Yisroel. The lot code is printed on the bread clip.

  • DaVinci Gourmet Classic Irish Cream Syrup is mislabeled as Pareve. The KOF-K certifies DaVinci Gourmet Classic Irish Cream Syrup as KOF-Dairy. This product contains dairy as indicated in the allergen statement. Some packaging incorrectly bears a KOF-K Parve symbol.

OUA Endorses Statement Re: Chinese Persecution of Uighurs OU Advocacy

In the wake of Tisha B'Av, on which we commemorate the persecutions of Jews across the centuries, we are mindful of our obligation to speak out in opposition to inhuman persecutions of other peoples. We were deeply disturbed by recent reports of the new acts of oppression by the Chinese regime of Uighur Muslims by methods evoking images of the Holocaust. We cannot help but recall how global Jewry suffered from the silence of the world decades ago. Thus, Jewish leaders have begun to speak out on this present oppression.
