West Rogers Park Community Alert Date of Incident: Saturday, February 15, 2020 Location: Morse & Francisco Time: Approximately 4:30 P.M Incident: An assailant attempted to hold up a 13 year old male at knife point.  The perpetrator requested the victim's cell phone and money of which the victim had neither due to Shabbos.  The assailant took the victim's belt and left.  There was another individual waiting across the street for the assailant.  Both individuals were wearing ski masks and hoodies. Please be aware of your surroundings.  If someone looks suspicious, cross the street and walk on the other side.  When possible, walk with someone or in a group.  Call 911 immediately if you see suspicious people or activity.
