Dear OU Family,

As we prepare for Yom Kippur, we think about the journey of our own lives and of our chosen direction for the coming year. Yet our prayers are consistently expressed in the plural, as the actions and decisions of each of us has the power to impact the entire Klal. When we all work together, that power can make great things happen.

That is the power the Orthodox Union (OU) seeks to generate as we work to help every Jew flourish through a deepened and defining connection to Torah and Judaism and to help our community and nation serve as a beacon of kiddush Hashem. Our wide array of programs share one goal – to assist and elevate every member of Klal Yisrael as we build our future together. Since 1898, the Orthodox Union has served and represented the Orthodox Jewish community in the US. Now in our second century of public service, the OU continues to sustain Jewish life for every segment of our community.

And that's our promise to you. Online or in-person, no matter who you are or where you live, the OU's far-reaching programs strive to support your individual journey and strengthen our nation's future.

If you are a parent of young children, the OU is here for you – advocating for tuition relief and upholding your educational values with the political activism of Teach Coalition and OU Advocacy.

If you are a college student living on campus, without the anchor of community and sidelined by echoes of anti-Semitism – the OU is here for you with OU-JLIC on-campus.

If you are looking for Torah study, self-improvement, or empowerment, the OU is here for you – with the vast online and in-person programs of OU Torah and OU Women's Initiative. If you have a loved one with special needs, the OU is here for you – with Yachad's engaging social and recreational programming, as well as guidance, education, and referrals.

If you're concerned about the future of Jewish teens, the OU is with you – building the future leaders of our nation and strengthening Jewish identity among youth at NCSY.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg. The OU is advancing Orthodox Jewish life across the US and beyond with OU Kosher, OU Israel, Synagogue Services, Communal Research and so much more. When you become a member, you become part of a united effort to help every segment of Orthodox Jewry.

Your membership makes a difference because we are more powerful together. Visit www.ou.org/join to strengthen Orthodoxy and build an even brighter future for Am Yisrael.
