NYC Mayor Eric Adams Shares Inspiring Remarks at Teach NYS Annual Dinner

This past Wednesday night, Teach NYS held their annual Far Rockaway and Long Island dinner, led by co-chairs Lance Hirt and Dovi Safier. There were over 250 in attendance from over 25 local Teach NYS member schools. The dinner honored Naomi and Chesky Newman and Rachelle Alter-Wernick and Bruce Wernick and recognized Mrs. Bluma Drebin as Educator of the Year. The dinner concluded with inspiring remarks from NYC Mayor Eric Adams, who proudly pledged his support for our day schools and yeshivot.
