Q:Can a dian have compassion in bais din
A:Rav Zevin says yes a dian should use compassion in din and other poskim say there should be ahavas yisreal in din Rav Uziel says use din and not compassion in bais din or maybe use compassion that fits into halacha in bais din some poskim say only use compassion by a goverment law but not a torah law
