This afternoon on the 2800 block of Fitch an African American man about 6' tall dressed in black with a baggy waist length black coat and black ski cap was casing our block. He is on a cell phone and has an accomplice in a dark green Toyota Camry.
If you see him or he comes to your house asking for help for his sick child call 911 immediately. He is casing the neighborhoods and scamming money. The police said he has been in the area for the last few days north and south of Touhy.
Please be aware of a suspicious car and person(s) even if you are driving in the area. He is moving around between 2600 - 2900 blocks.
