5:10PM (Friday): Catskills Hatzolah is currently on the scene of a drowning in Ichud Bungalow Colony (Satmar) on Route 42. The victim is a child – exact age unknown. Units on scene are requesting a medevac to the scene. The Monticello Fire Department is securing a landing zone at the Monticello High School. The child is R”L in cardiac arrest UPDATE 5:40PM (Friday): The 8-year-old child is being transported by ambulance to Catskill regional Medical Center – with a pulse.
