BAIS HAVAAD ON THE PARSHA 5774 Parshas Vayakhel - Liability of a Professional
In this week's parsha, the Torah tells us that those who were responsible for making the cloth that was used for the Mishkan and the bigdei kehuna, the priestly clothing, were skilled craftsman who were endowed with Divine wisdom.
The Sefer Tiferes Yonoson (Parshas Tetzaveh) wonders how klal yisrael had bigdei kehuna in later generations if such Divine expertise was required to make them! He suggests that a miracle occurred, and the original bigdei kehuna lasted until the days of Shlomo Hamelech. This is because there was likely no one who was on such a spiritual level that was able to make them!
